• ensure security, prevent fraud, and keep the site running properly;
• comply with our legal obligations.

By submitting the contact form or using our virtual assistant, you consent to MMO Techno using your information to process your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Third-party providers and data hosting

To provide and operate our services, we rely on trusted third-party providers — in particular for hosting our website, the automated processing of requests (including our virtual assistant), and the delivery of our emails. These providers access your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform their services, act on our instructions, and are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Some of these providers may process or store information outside Quebec, notably in the United States. Before entrusting personal information to a provider located outside Quebec, we assess the relevant privacy factors and ensure that this information benefits from adequate protection, governed by appropriate contractual agreements.

The information you provide through our contact form or virtual assistant — such as your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message — is used solely to process and follow up on your request. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

Improving our virtual assistant

With your explicit consent (an optional checkbox when the conversation starts), we retain the content of your exchanges with our virtual assistant, along with your contact details, in order to analyze and improve the quality of our responses and our service. Giving this consent is not required: you may use the assistant without granting it. These conversations are kept for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may withdraw your consent or request the deletion of this data at any time by writing to us.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking for marketing purposes. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot tool may set a cookie strictly necessary for the security verification.

Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to process your request and to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

Your rights

In accordance with Law 25 (Quebec) and applicable personal information protection laws, you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• request its correction if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• request its deletion or withdraw your consent;
• file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
